Shipping

Shipping within Australia EWOL uses Australia Post. Once you have ordered dispatch can take upto 2 business days (unless stated otherwise). Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address and then you will be able to track your parcel by clicking on the link sent to your email. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to register with australia post.

Returns

EWOL will accept returns only on full priced items in original, saleable condition, including being unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered and with original tags attached. (Unless otherwise stated on product page)

Online return requests must be initiated by email and the goods must be returned within 10 working days of delivery date. Returns will not be accepted after this period. Alternatively EWOL will accept returns on items that are faulty (unless caused by you); have been wrongly described or they are different to the goods that you ordered.

Reasons that a return may not be accepted; Makeup or tan stains, or fragrance from perfume, body lotions. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached, including the return tag and swing tags. Once these tags have been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

All Swimwear returned item(s) must also be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached, in addition to the above return guidelines.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment / card of purchase. We do not refund original shipping charges for change of mind refunds. 

Exchange

Makeup or tan stains, or fragrance from perfume, body lotions. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached, including the return tag and swing tags. Once these tags have been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.

All Swimwear returned item(s) must also be returned with the hygiene sticker still attached, in addition to the above return guidelines.

Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. EWOL takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable and to be paid by the customer for change of mind returns. 

EWOL will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty, not as described or different to the goods purchased.
